Permanent Residence Card Renewal
We can help renew your PR Card if you are a permanent resident of Canada and your current PR Card is either expired or will expire within the next nine months. It’s essential to start the renewal process well before your current PR Card expires to allow sufficient time for processing.
Travel Document – Permanent Resident Travel Document (PRTD)
A Travel Document, specifically a Permanent Resident Travel Document (PRTD), is issued by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to permanent residents of Canada who do not have a valid Permanent Resident Card (PR Card) but need to travel outside Canada and return. The PRTD allows permanent residents to travel back to Canada without jeopardizing their permanent resident status. Here’s what you need to know about applying for a PRTD.
Eligibility:
You may be eligible for a PRTD if you are a permanent resident of Canada and meet the following criteria:
- Your PR Card has expired or will expire within six months.
- You are outside Canada and are not able to return using your PR Card.
- You have not become a Canadian citizen.
- You have not been issued a Departure Order or a Removal Order.
Visitor, Study & Work Permit Extension
Eligibility:
You must meet certain requirements to be eligible for a visitor visa to Canada. These include having a valid passport, being in good health, having enough funds to cover your stay, having ties to your home country (such as a job, property, or family), and demonstrating that you will leave Canada at the end of your authorized stay.
Biometrics:
In some cases, you may need to provide biometric information, including fingerprints and a digital photograph, as part of the application process. This is usually done at a Visa Application Centre (VAC) before your application is processed.
Processing Time:
The processing time for a visitor visa application can vary depending on the country and the volume of applications. It’s advisable to apply well in advance of your intended travel dates to allow for any processing delays.
Duration of Stay:
f your visitor visa application is approved, you will be granted a specific period for your stay in Canada. It is important to respect the authorized duration and not overstay your visa.
Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA):
In some cases, individuals from visa-exempt countries may need to apply for an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) instead of a visitor visa. An ETA is required for travelers entering Canada by air and is linked electronically to their passport.
Citizenship
Canadian citizenship is the legal status that grants individuals certain rights and responsibilities in Canada. It is obtained through the process of naturalization. We can help determine if you are eligible for the citizenship and guide you through the process to meet your goal.

- Demonstrating knowledge of Canada, its values, history, institutions, and rights and responsibilities.
